Changing what you eat is a good thing. BUT, what are the things you CAN eat that’s gluten free and dairy free? Here’s a list to help.
I had a great conversation with some gals about changing over to healthier eating habits. Sometimes I forget that what’s in my head isn’t in everyone’s head. Can’t you all see in my head? No?
Making a change seems hard, but honest, it’s really not. Just make small changes, like changing the snacks. Just start there. Oh, you don’t have a clue what that looks like if you need gluten AND dairy free snacks? Well fear not, Pumpkin, I’ve got ya covered. You won’t starve, I promise.
